Our Cancellation Policy
To cancel your reservation, you must contact us within 72 hours of 3pm of any night you have reserved to avoid a charge for that night. Please note, for persons with a multiple night reservation, this may result in a charge for multiple nights depending on the date and time of your cancellation. Why? When reservations are made, we staff accordingly and often turn away other customers to hold your room. If reservations are cancelled on short notice, we still have the same expenses and lost revenue if we can’t resell your room.
Group Cancellation Policy - Please contact us for our cancellation policy for groups with more than five rooms.
No shows will be charged for all nights reserved.
For guests booking direct – If you must cancel your reservation within the 72-hour window, our cancellation policy above applies. However, if we are able to resell your room, we will refund you the amount for the nights we were able to resell less a $25 processing fee. If we are unable to resell your room, we will give you a credit for one night’s room rate to apply to your next visit with us (good for up to twelve months).
For the Lake Placid Ironman event (July 23-26, 2020), a one-night deposit is due at the time of your reservation. It becomes non-refundable on April 1, 2020. A final non-refundable deposit, equal to the remaining balance of the total amount of your stay (including taxes), will be charged on May 25, 2020. The non-refundable dates are non-negotiable and will not be waived for any reason, medical or otherwise.
